TORONTO– New worlds, mystical monsters, and unlikely heroes take over Corus Entertainment’s unbeatable kids’ networks this fall with hot new series and fresh seasons of hit animated and live-action shows premiering on YTV, TELETOON, and Treehouse.

Kicking off the fall premieres on YTV, the #1 kids network for Kids 6-11*, is the new, animated, original series, Mysticons. The 40-episode, half-hour, fantasy-action series from Nelvana and Nickelodeon follows four regular girls, Arkayna, Zarya, Em, and Piper, who are called into action to double as legendary heroes known as Mysticons. Beginning this week, viewers will get a sneak peek of the series weeknights at 5:30 p.m. ET/PT until Mysticons’ official premiere on Sunday, September 3 at 11 a.m. ET/PT. Click here for the series’ trailer.

YTV celebrates the end of summer with everyone’s favourite little brother, Lincoln Loud, in the Big Loud Labour Day stunt on Monday, September 4 starting at 6 a.m. ET/PT with episodes of The Loud House followed by blockbuster films, Despicable Me, The Lego Movie, Turbo, and The Croods . Tune-in to The Loud House weekdays at 5 p.m. ET/PT followed by the biggest and best movies, Mondays to Thursdays at 7 p.m. ET/PT including How to Train Your Dragon, Big Hero 6, Wreck It Ralph, and more. Fans can also catch new episodes of Nickelodeon’s popular live-action series School of Rock, Henry Danger, and Game Shakers beginning Friday, September 8.

Check in to TELETOON, Canada’s premier animation station, weekend mornings to catch the new show Hotel Transylvania: The Series beginning Saturday, October 7 at 7:30 a.m. ET/PT. Produced by Nelvana in association with Sony Pictures Animation, the series focuses on the teenage years of Dracula’s daughter, Mavis, and her three closest friends Hank N Stein, Pedro and Wendy Blob as they try to run the hotel while Dracula is away. The series joins TELETOON’s impeccable weekend cartoon roster, which includes Amazing World of Gumball, New Looney Tunes (formally Wabbit), Lego Nexo Knights, and Ben 10 airing from 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. ET/PT.

Treehouse, Canada’s #1 preschool network*, is now the exclusive home to new and returning series and specials from the iconic children’s entertainment group, The Wiggles, who are back this fall with two brand new series. In the 26-part, half-hour show Wiggle Wiggle Wiggle, premiering Saturday, September 23 at 8:50 a.m. ET/PT, fans can sing and dance with Anthony, Emma, Simon, and Lachy to new and classic Wiggles songs during segments including “The Little Wiggles”, and “The Singing Barbers of Wiggle Town.” Purple Wiggle, Lachy sets the right tune in his debut TV series Lachy! premiering Saturday, September 2 at 2:30 p.m. ET/PT. In each four-minute episode, Lachy takes viewers on an early childhood musical adventure featuring singing and dancing, as well as craft activities such as building with blocks, squishing and moulding clay, blowing up balloons, and more.

Treehouse’s schedule gets a little brighter with the debut of Nickelodeon’s new animated series Sunny Day on Saturday, September 2 at 11:40 a.m. ET/PT. The half-hour series follows Sunny, a 10-year-old master hairstylist and entrepreneur who uses creative problem-solving to tackle any dilemma that comes her way.

Before Corus kicks off its back-to-school programming specials, kids and families alike are invited to get up close and personal with YTV and TELETOON this summer at two of Canada’s largest exhibitions. YTV is counting down the last few days of summer at the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE), with “Haully,” the YTV Haul of Fame interactive, mobile trailer. CNE goers can take a stroll through Haully to see The Zone hosts’ lockers, exclusive footage from the Zone on the Road – Peaces of Canada series, and take a photo in a fun new photo booth until Monday, September 4.
